Terms and Services

BY PURCHASING ANY ARTWORK FROM ME YOU ARE STATING THAT YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS.I WILL BE WORKING UNDER THE ASSUMPTION THAT YOU READ THE TERMS OF SERVICE.If I find that my T.O.S. has been violated I have the right to cancel any commission without refunds.None of my artwork is ever allowed to be made into NFTs.

PAYMENT

  • I take full payment up front unless over $100, in which case I allow the payment of half before I begin and half after, but before the full artwork has been provided.

  • I typically take payment through paypal unless discussed privately.

  • I will need to know your email for the purpose of sending an invoice.

  • Payment will be in USD.

  • Tips are optional, but very appreciated!

REFUND POLICY

  • You may receive a refund if I find I am unable to complete the artwork for any reason.

  • You may receive a refund if I have not begun your commission within two months of payment unless another timeline has been established between us privately.

  • 100% of the payment may be refunded if I have not begun working, 60% if lineart has not been completed, 20% after lineart is finished, no refunds will be given if the piece has been colored.

OTHER INFORMATIONBy paying the invoice sent to you, you are accepting that you are purchasing a digital good and nothing physical will be sent to you. You also confirm that you are the owner of any character that you are commissioning or have the rights to have art made of them.You confirm that you are the owner of the account and money being used for payment or have the permission to use it.If any chargeback through paypal is attempted you lose any rights to the art that has been made. If you use the product after receiving a refund you accept the possibility of any legal actions.

  • furry characters

  • most other species

  • most body types

  • dark scenes

  • gore

  • cutesy things

  • weaponry and armor

  • tech/futuristic elements

  • nsfw (with discussion and within my personal comfort level)

  • please feel free to ask about anything not listed here!!

WILL NOT DRAW

  • underage characters in sexual situations

  • any nsfw I am not personally comfortable with (please ask if unsure!)

  • nsfw artwork being commissioned by any underage person

  • any hate art or artwork with hate imagery

  • I have the right to refuse drawing any unlisted subjects if I decide I am uncomfortable creating them

By purchasing any NSFW artwork you confirm that you are 18+ years in age. If it is discovered that you are underage at any point, the commission will be canceled without refund and you will not be allowed to purchase any further artwork.

REFERENCESI require either art reference or a "similar to" image reference for any commission. If a commission sheet is given that does not have clear colors I will do my best to draw the character faithfully. Excess edits needed will require further payment.Please be as specific as possible to what you are wanting. If you are wanting specific poses, props, armor, outfits, etc, please include images of these items as well. Giving me artistic freedom is also fine if that is preferred.

REVISION POLICYI will keep in touch and send you progress images as I progress through the image. You'll be sent examples as I finish the sketch, lines, and flat colors as well as any other time I feel the need to contact you for confirmation on an element of the commission.Anything during the sketch process or anything that I missed from the reference given will be revised for free.After the lineart step, you may ask for 2 revisions before I may require extra payment (depending on complexity).I am not responsible for any faults that result from not having proper reference for what is being drawn.

TIME FRAME

  • I try to have commissions completed between 2 weeks to 2 months. This is subject to change based on life events and other complexities.

  • Deadlines are acceptable as long as they are discussed. Deadlines will add to the price of commission.

  • I don't mind being messaged to check up on progress!

  • I will always be sure to contact you about any delays.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

  • You are allowed to use your commissioned image for personal use, including for banners, profile pictures, tattoos, or anything else that is not being sold.

  • You may post to socials but please credit me.

  • You are allowed to edit the image but please still provide credit to me.

  • My art cannot be used for NFTs or other crypto based platforms.

  • I own rights to the art that is created and as such will be posting it to my socials or other websites to promote myself if I wish.

  • If you want a commission to remain private please inform me at the time of commission.
